Seats are what the dial buys, and the price per seat steps down as you add them. The only other thing that can go on the bill is a block of extra storage, which you buy from your own storage screen when you want it. Free carries the product with file delivery switched off; Pro adds what is on its own card.

About the price
How long do I keep the beta price?
You keep it for two years, counted from the day you first pay, not from the day the beta closes to new studios. Start paying in December and €19 a seat is yours until December two years later, whether or not anyone can still join by then. After that your seats move to the list price of that moment, and we will tell you well before it happens rather than letting an invoice do it. What also ends one day is the chance to join at this price, and no date is set for that.
Can I lose it sooner?
Only by choosing to. Cancel (even for a day), or drop back to the free plan and take seats again later, and you pay whatever the price is then. A payment that fails is a different thing: the card is retried for a couple of weeks and nothing changes while that runs. A choice breaks the price; bad luck does not.
Do clients need a seat?
No. A client opens a review through a link and never has an account. Seats are for the people making the work.
Can I move between the steps?
That is all the steps are. Add a seat and the price follows the number, inside Studio and inside Pro alike, there is nothing to switch. Moving between Studio and Pro is a switch, and it goes both ways: you can move up whenever you like and back down again, from the Billing tab. Moving up is charged there and then for the part of the month you have left; moving down waits for your renewal and nothing is paid back. Worth knowing while the beta runs: it is €19 a seat flat on Studio while the list price steps down, so what it takes off is 24% off up to 5 · 14% to 10 · 5% above.
